This project became the first container house in the Czech Republic and also the first house made of shipping containers for which a mortgage was taken out. The two-storey house consists of 4 HC40′ shipping containers: 2 containers form the base and its ground floor and the remaining 2 form the first floor. Thanks to the excellent positioning of the containers, we managed to create a large amount of useful space outside the living area of the house: 2 covered parking spaces and an outdoor terrace located on the roof of the ground floor containers. The family house has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 toilets, a utility room and a spacious terrace with a beautiful view. During the implementation of this project, the preparation of the island system was also carried out.
