The accommodation for students or employees of your company is made of one recycled shipping container type HC40′ measuring 12 x 2.4 x 2.9 m (l x w x h).

NANO 3000S thermoactive material is applied to the walls, ceiling and floor of the container. The application of this material replaces conventional insulation with polystyrene or wool and saves the usable area of the building.
Heating in our buildings is solved by Heatflow heating foils, which emit infrared radiation and provide pleasant heat throughout the building. In addition, Heatflow foils are very economical.
An integral part of the container building is a heat recovery unit, which ensures a pleasant microclimate.
The surface of the container is treated with GacoRoof waterproofing spray, which provides superior long-term waterproofing of the roof of your new building.
The entire production process of your new building takes place in our production plant in Brno. During the production process, the shipping container passes through the welding centre, then the painting centre and is finished in the assembly centre, where trained experts will make it part of your new object. We then transport all parts of the building to your site, where we carry out the final interior and exterior work and prepare the building for handover.

We will transport the finished rough building to your property or approved site. We will then carry out the finishing work: connecting the modules, interior work, final connection of utilities and the facade. You do not have to worry about anything at all.
Once all interior and exterior modifications are complete, we will hand you the keys to your dream home or property so you can start enjoying living or doing business in a container building to the fullest.

It depends on its size and complexity: generally speaking, a typical project of 1 shipping container is implemented within 1 month of signing the contract. Whereas multi-ship container objects are realised within 1-3 months from the signing of the contract.
